This style of consumption involves eating large volumes of low-calorie foods in order to achieve and/or maintain a calorie deficit, primarily for weight loss or other aesthetic goals, all while tricking your body into thinking that its full. Volume eating is popular in many fitness communities, but we have our concerns about it.
