Pokemon Company sues Pokemon leakers - gamesindustry.bizThe lawsuit was filed in Seattle against 3 US individuals for leaking images from an unreleased Pokemon strategy guide.  The lawsuit claims the leaks damaged the company’s plans to market the game.
The individuals “named” in the lawsuit are only by their 4chan or Discord usernames, currently, Pokemon Co is asking for subpoenas for 4chan and Discord to unmask the users
