This is something that I had to learn. As I think back, I was always looking ahead to what was next or I was accessing the past. I wasn't necessarily present in the moment like I could have been.
But, now I know the power of presence and being immersed in where my feet are at. And let me tell you, I feel more fulfilled on a daily basis living this way.
Don't get me wrong, you can still chase your dreams, desires and goals (I sure am) but you need to stay present in the journey. Your future is made based on your choices right now (where your feet are at).
Today creates your future.
Today is the only day you have.
Enjoy this journey by staying present in your experience of today.
