Hunter Profile with Garrick Pelletier

On this "Hunter Profile" episode, Dan Dan is joined by Garrick Pelletier to talk about growing up hunting in the New England states. Garrick explains that hunting pressure was just something you had to deal with  from the start, and when he traveled south to North Carolina while in the military, it became easier.  The guys get in to a conversation about strategy, terrain, and what led hit to start exploring other out of state hunts.
The second half of the  episode Garrick shares the story of his first hunting season while on on a training assignment in Oklahoma. He tells the details about the scouting missions that led him to a small piece of public land that was holding some incredible deer. For multiple weeks, he would hunt in any weather condition until finally he got the job done on the biggest buck of his life. Excellent episode worth listening to.
