Brooke is the Founder and Executive Director of Wait Until 8th, an organization that empowers parents to rally together to delay giving children a smartphone until at least 8th grade.

Nina and Brooke discuss what inspired her to start Wait Until 8th, and the importance of limiting our kids’ screen time and internet access while they’re still developing. They talk about other options that still allow parents to stay in touch with their kids, the evolution of cyberbullying and how our kids are vulnerable to it, and much more!
