Nova Scotia, April 18-19, 2020

Over a period of thirteen hours, a 51 year old denturist, dressed as a police officer and driving a replica police car, carried out Canada’s most deadly act of mass murder.

One of the lesser reported gunfire exchanges that happened during the Nova Scotia shooting spree didn’t involve the killer, Gabriel Wortman.

For reasons still unknown, two RCMP officers stopped their vehicle, stepped onto the roadside, and opened fire on the building being used as a shelter for displaced Portapique residents... the Onslow Belmont Firehall.

If you are unfamiliar with this story, it's nuts, but what’s perhaps MORE nuts, is that the RCMPs investigation into their officers actions seem to conflict with the civilian eye witness statement.

In this episode of nighttime Paul Palango and I will attempt to answer the question "why did the RCMP shoot up the Onslow Belmont Firehall?”.
