House Republican leaders took aim at Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) on Sunday after a podcast interview in which she stated her support for a one-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and that her Palestinian ancestors provided a "safe haven" for Jewish victims of the tragedy which gave her a "calming feeling." Those critical members of Congress are now under fire for taking Tlaib out of context.
