Parallels Between ICE and KKK?

Senator Kamala Harris compared the immigration law enforcement ICE to the Ku Klux Klan at a hearing to confirm President Trump’s nominee to run ICE. While speaking to Ronald Vitiello, the acting director of ICE, she asked if he was aware of the perception of similarities between ICE and the KKK.
