It was revealed that Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren wrote she was “American Indian” on her 1986 Texas bar registration. This comes after she has said in the past to have never used her family tree to get a break or get ahead in her career. Dan will be joined by Professor William Jacobson from Cornell Law School to discuss Warren’s bar registration.
