Arrest Made in Connection to Suspicious Packages

Friday, a man was arrested for mailing suspicious packages to high profile democrats and supporters of the party. Cesar Sayoc, a registered republican and Trump supporter, was taken into custody this morning, in Southern Florida. President Trump said "I am pleased to inform you that law enforcement has apprehended the suspect and taken him into custody. We must never allow political violence to take root in America." Is someone to blame for this? Have we lost all civil discourse?
