The first, second, and third trimester, is often discussed in great detail, but the time after the birth when the baby has arrived, when the mother has to cope with massive changes in her life, is not. It is such a critical time for the mothers, this post-pregnancy period has now been unofficially dubbed the 'fourth trimester'.
