Rest in Peace, Uncle Vic.   Tonite's show is dedicated to Miss X's favorite childhood radio D.J. Uncle Vic/Vic Blecman of Cleveland WGCL Radio 98 FM. She listened to his show every Sunday night in the 1980's, and his influence is felt on Night Owls Radio to this day. Miss X had the honor of working with Uncle Vic on Spookshow Television show in 2008, and he remains the BEST Radio D.J. Talk show host she has ever heard.
