Michael Fitzhugh Bell is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a classically trained Chef. He spent thirty (30) years (1985-2015) working around the world in the Restaurant/ Hotel/Catering Industry, including Motion Picture Catering working on many films, TV series and Commercials.

Michael has written articles for Palm Springs Life Magazine and won several writing contests in prep school and college. He was a finalist among over 20,000 screenplay entries in the first Project Greenlight Screenwriting Contest in 2001.
