Glenn Rhoades, BEnvd., MBA, Former CNTI Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and a founder of the Colorado Nanotech Initiative, Inc. Glenn, spent 30 years at Martin Marietta, Lockheed Martin (LMCO), Home Depot, Best Buy, Lowes, Jefferson County Government and State Initiatives in various positions including: engineering planning, sales/consulting, operations, administration, subcontract management and with projects including the Instrumentation and Flight Safety System Program (IFSS), the Small Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Program, the Peacekeeper Missile Program, the Barstow, California Heliostat Project and various interplanetary spacecraft. From 1979 through 1982, Mr. Rhoades studied language at the Mangold Institute in Madrid, Spain and at the University of Santiago de Compostella, Spain and philosophy and ethics at L’Abri Fellowship in Huémoz, Switzerland.

Mr. Rhoades also served as a member of the National Science Foundation’s workshop on the ethical, societal and legal implications of nanotechnology. On November 16th, 2006 he helped open the University of Colorado’s Nanofabrication Lab which allowed CU entry into the National Nanotechnology Infrastructure Network (NNIN).

Currently, Mr. Rhoades is available to speak at various civic and political groups on technology related to nanotechnology and electrical power grid security issues.
