EP74: Buying property is not as simple a process as shows such as Homes Under the Hammer would have you believe. Many people end up getting it wrong and end up over paying or purchasing the wrong type of product for their area. The argument goes that you wouldn't fly your own plane back from your holiday in Alicante so why not leave investment property buying to an expert too?
