Kerry has been in the fitness industry for seven years. She freelances at Virgin Active, Equinox, and Gymbox teaching a range of group exercise classes from hardcore HIIT to booty-sculpting Barre.

She is a Les Mills Tribe Coach and partner in EDER Active - a luxury fitness wear brand. She also co-runs the Ibiza Body Blitz Bootcamp in Ibiza. In a previous career, she worked in the advertising industry as one of the few female creatives in London. She refused many an interview about the difficulties of being a woman in a male-dominated industry and believes it is such articles that perpetuate sexism. ‘If you’ve got it, flaunt it’ would be her mantra but know your worth and be prepared to prove it.
