No one’s coming

Exercise that changed my life

There was a time when I wasn’t getting to where I want to in life And this simple exercise helped me get on the right path I’d make two lists of three There people I should spend more time with And three people I should spend less time with And once I wrote it down it became real

On my way back from the gym and I saw this family sitting on a bench just looking at the lake and fountain in the middle

I literally ran out of ink in my pen taking notes here I’m not going to instantly implement everything written down What I noticed is we get event high and want to go back and change everything What happens after that is we end up going back to doing our usual routine a month or two later That’s why I take my notes, store it in my brain, and have 2-3 things I’m going to actively do moving forward
