129: Best 2 (Decks) out of 3?

Have you ever lost with a deck, look at your opponent and think, "man, if I just played against him with something else I would've beaten him" Well do we have the format for you! 

First tested at this year's worlds and brought to our attention by Differentfight, the 2 deck format would be a new way of conducting tournaments, using two decks in a best-of-three match. The guys unpack what this might mean for the game on the whole if implemented on a large scale, and its merits.
