- Sometimes you have to choose between your dream and your job.

- You MUST work on keeping an empowered mindset during this process b/c there are ups and downs

- Be bold in claiming your worth

- We sometimes do not see the breadth and depth of our own networks

- Word of mouth is the best marketing. You don’t always have to spend thousands of dollars to do effective marketing

- Having a marketing strategy (or not having one) makes a difference in the velocity of growth
