Andrew Weisse is a Sales Leader with over a decade of experience building & scaling sales organizations.

After 4 years on Wall Street, Andrew left finance to join the start-up Zocdoc in NYC, where he spent 6 years helping the company grow from 40 to over 400 employees.

He is a specialist in hiring and onboarding sales people, training frontline managers on how to effectively coach their teams, and building internal processes that allow organizations to thrive at scale.

Andrew is a mentor for many newly hired or promoted Managers; he enjoys teaching them how best to build a high-performing team.

A fitness addict and a voracious reader; Andrew regularly develops internal wellness campaigns to assist employees with effective physical and mental health techniques. In his downtime, Andrew enjoys a good workout and book on the beach.
