Hi all, 

I wanted to update you on three things of significance in state and federal court systems: 

1. Gov. DeWine's emergency order following a judge's decision on Ohio's primaries 

2. The DOJ's request to a federal judge to dismiss 2 defendants in the lawsuit related to Russia's election interference 

3. A former judge's resignation from the Supreme Court bar in a scathing letter to Chief Justice Roberts
