The Presidential race remains too close to call.  Biden 238 to Trump 213


Trump’s victories in Florida and Texas, as projected by the Associated Press, ruled out the chance that the presidential race could be resolved quickly.

The Associated Press also declared Biden the winner in Arizona keeping several paths to victory open to him.


Control of the United States Senate is still unclear with Democrats picking up seats in Colorado and Arizona but Republicans keeping seats in Montana, Iowa, and South Carolina.


Voters in Arizona, Montana, New Jersey, and South Dakota voted to legalize recreational marijuana for people ages 21 and older, joining 11 other states that had previously legalized recreational use.


California voters passed Proposition 22 yesterday*according to the Associated Press. The measure grants app-based transportation and delivery companies ( such as Uber and Lyft ) an exemption from classifying their drivers as employees.
