Hello, my friends. We're going in a totally different direction today. The Department of Health and Human Services has designated September as National Yoga Month. Our team thought it might be fun to observe National Yoga Month with a short practice here that reflects on how yoga makes us better citizens.

You do not need a mat, special props, or special clothes for this practice. It can be done sitting in a chair, on a bed, on the floor, in a parked car, at a desk (you get the idea). It is intended to be accessible for bodies of all varieties.

Yoga encompasses a spirit of generosity and giving freely, so it only made sense to make this post available to all of our members. Thank you for being here.

I've talked before on the Nightly Nuance about yoga and appropriation (May 24, 2021). It might be a good day to revisit that Nightly Nuance if it interests you.

Thanks for being here. The Spicy Thursday Nightly Nuance will be up tomorrow. Sarah and I are talking about the Arizona election "audit." Have the best Wednesday available. -b
