Hello, my friends. I realize this might sound a bit out of left-field, but I want to talk about syringe exchange services today. As we think about public health, mitigating the spread of disease, and effective steps that are sometimes stigmatized, I think it’s important to talk about needle exchanges, which are highly effective and highly controversial.
