The squirrels got a one-on-one look behind the scenes at Lowell Cafe, and you will want to hear all about it. Speaking with cannabis advocate and executive Chef Andrea Drummer, her background in nonprofits and exceptional cooking skills honed at Le Cordon Bleu and the Ritz Carlton had us salivating over their forthcoming menu. We also hit it off with hospitality master and general manager, Lily Estanislao, who comes from hard-hitting NYC’s Tao group.
