You've read his explosive columns calling for Doug Ford's resignation and calling Trump a fascist, now get to know the man behind the words. We're joined by Washington Post Contributing Columnist, political theorist, author, and now NLR Counterpoint panelist, David Moscrop. We discuss the origins of his political formation and the family and educational path that led to his political viewpoint. Then, we cover socialism in Canada, how it manifests, and how to position it in our work, his book Too Dumb for Democracy? Why We Make Bad Political Decisions and How We Can Make Better Ones, and how to make structural change in a political world that is fundamentally Liberal.
