In this episode Heather is joined in the studio by local comedian Michelle Tomko to discuss the power of the arts, working for “exposure”, and a festival in Atlantic City celebrating local arts and artists. Michelle makes this interview just plain fun because sometimes we all need a good laugh to keep us going through the darker days. Michelle is participating in the 48 Blocks festival in Atlantic City. Atlantic City is made up of 48 blocks. Michelle talks about her comedy and getting involved in the festival. The women recorded this episode early in the morning, but the lack of wine still disappointed Michelle.  If you ever wondered what a “shoobie” is, this is the episode for you. Michelle explains that term along with a few other key South Jersey phrases.
