Rather than do a traditional review of Jersey's most talked about food, we decided to put Don Fanelli to the test by sending him piles of Taylor Ham and challenging him to come up with his own non-traditional uses for it.
Some of them were hits. Others were misses. And one sounds completely fucking awesome.
