A Sunday Morning With the Bagel Wizard

Chaos, cooking, noise, and BAGELS. In this episode we are flies on the wall at Bagels by Jarrett, one of the most buzzed about bagel stores in all of North Jersey, as orders fly out the door. Jarrett Seltzer invited us to record at his establishment and we were thrilled to sit at a plastic folding table on a Sunday morning as we saw what it's really like inside a North Jersey bagel store during its busiest stretch. We try to capture the vibe of how the gears turn at a place like this on a busy day. We talk to the proprietor himself. And we eat. Oh man, do we eat.

This is a severe departure for us. Instead of stories or interviews or food reviews, it's found audio. It's random noise captured, it's random questions thought of on the spot and answered by a busy man sprinting from one grill to the other.
