The addition of Cam Newton to the New England Patriots is going to allow the team to do something they have not done in a long time: design an offense around a mobile quarterback. With an offensive roster already filled with multiple tight ends and running backs, the Patriots already have exactly what they need in place to compliment the former league MVP. New England can roll out an offense that is built around a running game and plays into the hands of their strong defense.

There's a lot of uncertainty surrounding New England's wide receivers for the 2020 season, but signing Newton could allow for some serious growth. N'Keal Harry is expected to make major strides in his sophomore season and with Newton's arm strength, now has the chance to stretch the field and become a major deep threat.

Sierra Goodwill and Evan Lazar also discuss how Julian Edelman and the other receivers are affected by the Newton signing.
