Sami Miettinen teaches negotiation skills pro-bono in True North Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition program.  This first part of the training goes through relative valuation basics such as EV/EBITDA multiples in engineering sector, and covid-19 impact on valuation levels. The win-win vs. no deal mindset of ETA is contrasted to win-lose and compromise strategies of average negotiators, whose failing arc of negotiation is shown as a cautionary example. The True North Search is managed by Gautam Basu and Mikko Järvinen.
