Bobby shares the different experiences him and his family went through while leasing and what ultimately led him to purchasing his own property. He also describes the process and timeframes of his search, importance of working with a team to secure the right property, a deal that didn’t work out, what he did on the property as soon as he did buy one, and the strategy he is following to continue “leveling up” with the ever changing market conditions. The memories he has already made in the past couple of years because of this decision to buy are priceless.
