Chance is the character layout artist on "The Simpsons," and, if that wasn't impressive enough, has done work with "Family Guy," "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends," and is now undertaking a new animated projected, "Little Billy," the worlds first special-needs cartoon that is inspired by his experiences growing up in the 1980s with Tourette's Syndrome.
