Question to Bev Perdue and Leo Daughtry – Several weeks ago I wrote a column about a fake census survey which was actually a fundraising letter from a political party. One of our viewers responded by sending me an envelope sent to occupant from the U.S. Department of Commerce, along with an American Community Survey. This survey, which said is was from the census bureau asked, among other things about the recipient’s legal status. I was under the impression the courts had said this was unconstitutional to ask. What should people do if they receive this form?
