His father instilled in Doug his belief system, his commitment to excellence and his thirst for innovation as he built a firm foundation for the company based on strong work ethic, professional integrity and belief in people that made Little Giant the household name that it is.

Before retiring as a co-owner and vice chairman at Little Giant Ladder Systems, Doug accumulated more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, sales, sales leadership and executive management. Today, Doug is a co-founder of the real estate rentals and property management company Boar Investment Group and serves on the board of directors of The Honoring Heroes Foundation, a charitable organization that helps fallen police officers and their families.

Also an author, Doug expounds on the growth and success of the Little Giant Ladder company in his latest book GIANT SUCCESS: Leadership And Business Strategies Of Hal Wing Founder Of Little Giant Ladders which is available now everywhere.
