Washington’s Nationals knocked Arizona Diamondbacks’ starter Archie Bradley around and cruised to a 14-1 win as Stephen Strasburg improved to (W, 15-1) on the season in the series opener in Chase Field. The Nats collected a season-high 19 hits and won their 62nd game of the year, improving to 62-44. Trea Turner, Daniel Murphy, Anthony Rendon, Wilson Ramos and Clint Robinson all had multi-hit games in the desert and Mark Melancon made his Nats debut, striking out two in an 11-pitch ninth.
