Bailey Spaulding is the Co-Founder & CEO of Jackalope Brewing Company, in Nashville, Tennessee. Bailey was born and raised in Montpelier, Vermont, and graduated from Harvard University in 2004 with a degree in Biological Anthropology, before moving to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt Law School in 2006. It was in law school that Bailey discovered the world of homebrewing and found her passion for writing her own recipes. Upon graduating, she began working on Jackalope and opened the brewery in 2011. After outgrowing the original facility, Jackalope opened a second location (also in Nashville), in 2018.
