243: No Hamster Tubes

Happy New Year! After a holiday break, we hags are back and ready to kick start 2020 with an episode all about pets. Not just regular pets, but magical pets. We cover what animals are allowed at Hogwarts and what sort of creatures wizards keep as companions. Would you want a three headed snake welcoming you home? Or how about a pygmy puff to eat your stubborn boogers? We also ponder the muggle pets that wizards would just not understand (looking at you, hermit crabs). And some people get really attached to their pet fishes, I guess.
