This week, Randi, and Gabe discuss Planned Parenthood‘s lawsuit against the state of Ohio. When John Kasich defunded Planned Parenthood this February, he violated their right to due process and free speech.

Jaime Miracle isn’t on today’s episode because she is in Washington DC to advocate for the #ActForWomen. The federal legislation will reverse the damage done by restrictions on abortion providers enacted by multiple states. Restrictions that the bill will block include Ohio’s forced ultrasound requirement and the 24 hour waiting period.
