But the new Low King of the dwarves is being crowned, and Ankh-Morpork needs Uberwald's resources, specifically fat. Things start going awry when a dwarven artifact is stolen, Angua disappears to deal with family matters, and Carrot resigns from the Watch. Vimes can find crimes anywhere, and it looks like this time, it's politics.
