In this episode, we are joined by Shannon MacFarlane, who discusses how to prepare for the hard days (with a flare response plan) so the business side of things isn’t an additional stressor during a flare. She believes recycling content is fabulous because not everyone sees everything every time, and it takes the pressure off. Shannon informs her customers that she has off days that are unpredictable, and she educates them early that she may not respond as quickly as they expect.
