Everybody's been affected by the conoravirus outbreak, and businesses around the world are struggling to figure out how to work remotely while still keeping the revenue coming in.

Trey Willis is the CTO of CTSI Global, and is a fellow St. Louisan. In today's episode he talks about how they thought ahead of time about how to standardize technology and platforms so that everybody had a unified communication experience, so that they COULD work from home, and then the whole world got a chance to solve the problem themselves.

If this is something you're struggling with, you need to give this a listen. It's a brave new world these days, and we'll all have to adapt. Trey has some sage wisdom.
