Today's episode with Molly Rauzi, Managing Director and CIO of Gagen MacDonald, shared with me some awesome info she's learned in her stellar career that made me wish I'd met her FIVE YEARS AGO. Holy moly the things I could've applied. Well we got here as fast as we could and I'm glad to get to know her. 

In this episode we talked a lot about the psychology behind what it means to actually lead (not manage or boss around) a team, what happens if you have a Hero(tm) on the team, and ways to redirect the energy and ego into constructive goals that drive a company forward.
