Sleep is necessary to survival. Especially when you're trying to recover from having a freaking baby. But parents don't get sleep--especially in the 4th trimester. We have to survive anyways. Coffee? Crying? Bargaining with your partner over who gets to sleep this time. Fighting with your spouse over who got less sleep. Listen, we've all been there.
