“I have a team that I work with. I work with a team of sale or territory managers, and so I’m not their direct manager, but I work with a team of them. So I try to use some of those skills with them when I’m trying to figure out how, each one of them approaches their work differently so I try to use that with them.”

Our guest on this episode of My Veterinary Life Podcast is Dr. Jamie Pribyl. Dr. Pribyl is a professional services veterinarian at Boehringer Ingelheim. Prior to this she was in equine practice. Today is a final episode in our series highlighting Veterinary Leadership Institute Trek. Dr. Pribyl attended the inaugural session in April and we talk about how she has already begun implementing many of the strategies.
