I gush a bunch about Kim Kran’s The Wild Unknown Animal Spirit deck but I really love her work. This episode’s inspiration was Hummingbird, whose energy is positivity, enthusiasm, and how to find nourishment in nature, spirituality, and creativity. The best way I know to cultivate those qualities is with a playful yoga practice. A yoga block or a thick book might be handy. Approach this practice like a beginner and have fun with the sequence.
I have one remaining 2020 mentorship for a yoga teacher or energy worker who is an emerging transformational leader and ready to get clear, get real, and change the world. If it might be for you, let’s chat. Visit http://debbiephilp.com/breakopen/ to book a Break Open call.
If you would like to chat about this episode or learn more about yoga, Shamanic Reiki, wildlife conservation, or other ways we can bring healing to all of the beings on our beautiful planet Earth, join us in the Shamanic Flow Circle group on Facebook at www.facebook.com/groups/1722776598019767/ or visit www.myshamaniclife.com and sign up for the newsletter. Much gratitude to Blair Sutherland at www.blairsutherland.com for the beautiful intro and background music.
