This week on the podcast I talk to my longtime pal Stephen Lucas. I've known Stephen for at least 12 years and have had the pleasure to watch his various bands perform live and enjoyed the music he's put out. We cover his beginnings in music, his experiences in his past bands like Pictures in Pieces plus his current band Vice Years and talk all sorts of other good music stuff including the Northern VA music scene and how great it used to be.
