Welcome to our episode for November 06, 2015!

We’re back from our Halloween break and lucky for us it was slow. Star Trek is coming back but not the way we want, the Hunger Games theme park multiplies, and brand new trailers arrived for your enjoyment. Then in Talk Nerdy to Me, Funimation announces its Broadcast Dubs for Fall 2015 and Activision Blizzard wants a Cinematic Universe.

“My Geek Confessions – Watching Bad Movies, So You Don’t Have To!”

We had quite a few trailers drop over our break, with Disney’s Alice Through The Looking Glass (which isn’t even made by Tim Burton this time!), the first Warcraft trailer after it being teased so many times at cons, and a Japanese trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens that provides never before seen footage! Tell us which one you liked the most in the comments! The lovely gals over at the Creature channel on YouTube have made one of my favorite Halloween videos of the year with a fantastic Golden Girls parody simply titled “The Golden Ghouls.” What makes this video great is the near shot for shot recreation of the opening (complete with credits) and then a short scene that sounds like it would have totally fit in. Props to the Creature channel!Box Office
