Ceaser is the owner of Black Ink. Since he first acquired Black Ink in 2011, Ceaser has continued to expand his business and has worked on turning Black Ink into a brand. Born and raised in the Bronx, Ceaser struggled between the pull of the streets, and his passion for artwork. When his daughter, Cheyenne, was born, Ceaser decided that he wanted a better life for his daughter. Opening Black Ink changed Ceaser’s life forever. Now, Ceaser struggles to find the balance between running Harlem's only black-owned tattoo shop, his on-again/off-again relationship with Dutchess, and the drama that lives between the walls of his shop.Though his friends call Ceaser an "asshole" (he even has it tattooed on him), underneath the tough exterior is a guy with a big heart who knows how to keep it real.

Dutchess is the only female tattoo artist at Black Ink, but that doesn’t keep her from being a force to reckon with. Dutchess is a Southern Belle from Lincolnton, North Carolina. She graduated at the top of her class and went on to receive a degree in Business Management. Whether it was her business skills or her eye for art, this sexy and powerful woman has had a hold on Ceaser’s heart from the beginning. Dutchess, who isn’t afraid to speak her mind, has had her up and downs with not only Ceaser, but with the other crew as well. However one thing's for sure…whether it comes to modeling gigs or to tattooing celebrity clientele, Dutchess makes sure that all eyes are certainly on her.
