Steve Keith, The Branding Man

To kick things off it seemed obvious to start with my own career story to date, well, a snapshot at least, there is a lot to talk about! It took me 20 years to find a career where I was working to my strengths, achieving the goals that I set myself and most importantly, where I was happy. The ‘Which Career? No Idea.’ problem that had plagued and tormented me has finally solved, and as cheesy as it might sound I’d found the purpose of my work and who I was serving...our young people. The dots that connected my careers through teaching, mentoring, volunteering and ultimately the career I’ve found my groove in, employer branding.
